Tasting Notes : After an aging process, averaging 24 months, the result is a balanced and refined cava. It has pale tones which take on a slightly greenish hue. The aromas are clean and primary (white fruits). It has low sugar content and a precise and definite note of ripe fruit (apple, lemon) as well as more remote flavour reminiscent of aniseed.
Tasting Notes by Nelson* : Bright yellow colour serves with fine bubbles. Great apple and yeasty scents. Nice bubbly wine with crispy apple character.
